Yoga Classes

Come and enjoy an all levels align and flow yoga practice with locally trained yoga teacher, Brandi Lowe. Brandi provides supportive, clear guidance and sequencing to help you gain flexibility, strength and peace.
Beginners, yogis, athletes, or even just down in the dumps, come as you are to a welcoming class in a low key local gym. Stiff? Injured? Classes are designed with thoughtful intention, while staying organic and spontaneous, to accommodate your individual needs. Move through sequences with attention to your breath, longer holds and receive instruction to fine tune your alignment. This design focus maintains a safe and accessible practice while encouraging a mindful approach to movement. Find relaxation and community. Warm up for your workout or cool down. If yoga is all your in for, no worries, no membership is required to attend.
Classes are affordable at $12 nonmember drop ins and $10 for current gym members.
Align and Flow classes beginning on January 8th:
- Wednesdays 2-3 pm.
- Sundays 2-3 pm
- Tuesdays 5:30-6:45 pm
